North American 20 Year Replacement Policy


The policy has enabled customers to be assured that their Tonics will be there for them. The policy covers any accidental damages that could occur. “Broken lenses, and broken frames happen, just because the customer was enjoying them when something unexpected happened, should not be a reason to go through life without their Tonics.” The policy requires the return of the broken sunglasses to the distributors office and costs the customer 50% of current MSRP + shipping.  To qualify for this policy, product must be purchased from a Tonic Authorized Dealer located within the United States and Canada or from the North American Distribution Center To Register Your Tonics and receive discounts.  CLICK HERE

Manufactures Warranty 


TONIC EYEWEAR products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized TONIC EYEWEAR Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-TONIC EYEWEAR lenses will void this warranty. 

Scratched and broken lenses are not covered under TONIC EYEWEAR’s warranty policy, but may qualify under the 20 year replacement policy.

If any acetone or bleach, alcohol, IPA, ethanol, methanol, etc... comes in contact with your TONIC EYEWEAR TR90 polyamide frame, the frame can be damaged or destroyed. This is not considered a manufacturer’s defect and is not covered under TONIC EYEWEAR’s warranty policy.

The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by TONIC EYEWEAR. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.

Pack your product in a cardboard box to ensure a safe delivery of your product. TONIC EYEWEAR is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We will require proof of purchase to determine if your product is still within our warranty period. Once received, we will contact you again to discuss warranty or other repair or replacement options.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on TONIC EYEWEAR’s standard shipping rates.
